Four Hormones That Cause Happiness

چار ہارمون ہیں جن کے خارج ہونے سے انسان خوشی محسوس کرتا ہے:
1. *Endorphins*، اینڈورفنس
2. *Dopamine* ڈوپامائین
3. *Serotonin*، سیروٹونائین
and اور
4. *Oxytocin* آکسی ٹوسین
*ہمارے اندر خوشی کا احساس ان چار ہارمونس کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہےاس لئےضروری ہے کہ ہم ان چار ہارمونس کے بارے میں جانیں*۔

▪پہلا ہارمون اینڈورفنس ہے :
جب ہم ورزش کرتے ہیں تو ہمارا جسم درد سے نپٹنے کیلئے اینڈورفنس خارج کرتا ہے تاکہ ہم ورزش سے لطف اٹھا سکیں۔ اس وقت بھی یہ ہارمون ہمارے جسم میں پیدا ہوتا۔ اسلئے خوشی پیدا کرنے والے اس ہارمون کی خوراک کیلئے ہمیں روزانہ کم از کم 20منٹ ایکسرسائز کرنا 

▪دوسرا ہارمون ڈوپامائین ہے:
زندگی کے سفر میں، ہم بہت سے چھوٹے اور بڑے کاموں کو پورا کرتے ہیں، جب ہم کسی کام کو پورا کرتے تو ہمارا جسم ڈوپامائین کو خارج کرتا ہے. اور اس سے ہمیں خوشی محسوس ہوتی ہے۔
جب آفس یا گھر میں ہمارے کام کے لئے تعریف کی جاتی تو ہم اپنے آپ کو کامیاب اور اچھا محسوس کرتے ہیں، یہ احساس ڈوپامائین کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہے۔
اب آپ سمجھ سکتے ہیں کہ عورتیں عموماً کھر کا کام کرکے خوش کیوں نہیں ہوتی اسکی وجہ یہ ہیکہ گھریلو کاموں کی کوئی تعریف نہیں کرتا۔
جب بھی ہم نیا موبائیل، گاڑی، نیا گھر، نئے کپڑے یا کچھ بھی خریدتے ہیں تب بھی ہمارے جسم سے ڈوپامائین خارج ہوتا ہے۔اور ہم خوش ہوجاتے ہیں.
اب، آپ سمجھ گئے ہوں گے کہ شاپنگ کرنے کے بعد ہم خوشی کیوں محسوس کرتے ہیں۔

▪تیسرا ہارمون سیروٹونائین:
جب ہم دوسروں کے فائدہ کیلئے کوئی کام کرتے ہیں تو ہمارے اندر سے سیروٹونائین خارج ہوتا ہے اور خوشی کا احساس جگاتا ہے۔
انٹرنیٹ پر مفید معلومات فراہم کرنا، اچھی معلومات لوگوں تک پہنچانا، بلاگز، Quora اور فیس بک پر پر عوام کے سوالات کا جواب دینا اسلام یا اپنے اچھے خیالات کی طرف دعوت دینا ان سبھی سے سیروٹونائین پیدا ہوتا ہے اور ہم خوشی محسوس کرتے ہیں۔

▪چوتھا ہارمون آکسی ٹوسین ہے:
جب ہم دوسرے انسانوں کے قریب جاتے ہیں یہ ہمارے جسم سے خارج ہوتا ہے۔
جب ہم اپنے دوستوں کو ہاتھ ملاتے ہیں یا گلے ملتے ہیں تو جسم اکسیٹوسین کو خارج کرتا ہے۔
 جب ہم کسی کو اپنی باہوں میں بھر لیتے ہیں تو آکسی ٹوسین خارج ہوتا ہے اور خوشگواری کا احساس پیدا ہوتا ہے۔

📌 خوش رہنا بہت آسان ہے:
 ہمیں اینڈروفنس حاصل کرنے کے لئے ہر روز ورزش کرنا ہے۔
ہمیں چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹاسک پورا کرکے ڈوپا مائین حاصل کرنا ہے۔
دوسروں کی مدد کرکے سیروٹونائین حاصل کرنا ہے۔
اور
آخر میں اپنے بچوں کو گلے لگاکر، فیملی کے ساتھ وقت گزار کر اور دوستوں سے مل کر آکسی ٹوسین حاصل کرنا ہے۔

اس طرح ہم خوش رہیں گے۔ اور جب ہم خوش رہنے لگیں گے تو ہمیں اپنے مسائل اور چیلنجز  سے نمٹنے میں آسانی ہوگی۔

*اب آپ سمجھ گئے ہوں گے کہ بچہ اگر خراب موڈ میں ہو تو اسے فوری گلے لگانا کیوں ضروری ہے؟*
